Care and advice for clients

The VSJF is a competence centre providing the following services for Jewish citizens:

• Advice and mediation between clients and authorities such as the tax and social security offices, the guardianship authority, the debt enforcement office. We provide follow-through for clients, represent them and submit their applications.
• Psychosocial counselling for people in trying situations, intervention in crisis situations, mediation and conflict management.

Financial support and holiday allowances

The VSJF supports individual needy clients or families throughout Switzerland. If the individuals it supports are members of Jewish communities, help is coordinated in consultation with the social arms of the particular communities.
