The Board of Directors
The Board of Directors is chosen by the Assembly of Delegates and consists of a President and six members.
- It appoints the General Secretary and describes his/her duties.
- It implements resolutions of the Assembly of Delegates and of the Central Committee and performs other tasks under the articles of association.
- It appoints deputations, representatives and commissions for the Federation of Communities.
- Subject to approval from the Central Committee, it issues necessaryregulations, decides on the collection of dues and acts within clearly defined financial competencies.
The members of the Board of Directors are elected for four years. In addition to their work in the context of collective responsibility, they are individually responsible for a particular department.
