Assembly of Delegates

The highest organisational body in the Federation of Communities is the Assembly of Delegates. Each community, dependent on the number of its members, appoints delegates.

The resolutions adopted by the Assembly of Delegates are binding on all the communities. As per the SIG's articles of association, the Assembly of Ddeliberates in particular on the following:

  • activity reports
  • budgets and annual accounts
  • fixing of he annual levy required from the communities
  • raising of special levies and conducting of collections
  • electing of the President of the Federation of Communities, as well as of the members of the Board of Directors and the Central Committee
  • amending of the articles of association

The Assembly of Delegates also takes decisions on all applications submitted by the Board of Directors/Competency, the Central Committee, the communities and the delegates themselves, unless the business in question is the exclusive of another executive body.

The ordinary Assembly of Delegates convenes once each year and by no later than the end of May.
